この度、私が販売した新品の商品が中古の疑いがあるとクレームが来ていると聞きました。
私が新品として販売している商品は全て新品です。
商品が手元に無いので、詳細はわかりませんが、外箱に擦り傷や、へこみ等、ダメージがあり、中古商品だと言うクレームが入った可能性があるのではと思っております。
I might have been complained about selling second hand as new items at this time.
However I should say my selling item is completely all new.
As I don't have the item with me already so that I cannot say any of details. But presumably I think it looked like second hand item because it might have with scratches, hollow,or any of damages on the box.
こういったクレームが無いように、私達は在庫商品の管理、新品商品かの確認、発送作業時には商品にダメージが無いかの検品作業、丁寧な梱包を徹底してやるつもりです。
上記の工程を強化していきます。
これからは、出荷時には2重の品質チェックを入れるようにし、海外配送に耐えれるような梱包方法で発送していきます。
