Delicate equipment has been forcibly pushed into a thin cardboard box so the cardboard box is torn in some places, damaged, and the delivery company (UPS) repaired it with plastic tape. Thanks to these the item is greatly damaged and will not work. Your warehouse manager lacks creativity and judgement in stuffing a delicate piece of equipment in a thin carton box and sending it to Japan. Among the 20 pieces, 6 had their packaging greatly damaged and does not work anymore. Please refund me for the 6 pieces. I am angry at your sloppy delivery.
