不在票に署名しても無効だと思います。(郵便局の規約により)
できれば再配達依頼をして頂き、在宅時に受け取って頂きたいのですが、それが出来ない状況でしたら、署名の必要のないSAL便で再発送いたします。在庫がありますので、すぐ発送することが可能です。その際は再配送料は特別にこちらの方で負担いたします。(既に届いているものは日本に返送扱いにしてください) いかがいたしましょうか ?

I think it's invalid to sign on absentee ballot due to the rule of post office.
If you can, it's better for you to ask to resend the cargo and receive it when you're at home, but if you cannot, we'll resend by SAL, which has no need to signature when receive it. We have stock, so we can ship it right now. In case of it, we'll be responsible for the re-shipment fee as a special case. (For the goods which already reached you, please resend to Japan) Which do you prefer?
