Good arrived from you (dolls) to my shipping company warehouse in America.
When i tried to check the goods i found out there were damages.
i am attaching pictures so please check them.
They are not "Excellent. no visible flaws" like in their description.
please let me return the item or refund me $20.

We received the purchase item(a doll) now stored in the warehouse we have in the US.
As we checked it we found it is damaged.
Herewith the attachment of the picture for you to check.
