We are sending you from Japan.
We received the purchase item(a doll) now stored in the warehouse we have in the US.
As we checked it we found it is damaged.
Herewith the attachment of the picture for you to check.
It is not “Excellent. No visible flaws” as in the description of the item.

We request either refund&return or only refund of $20.
