eBayで販売していて、購入者が返金してほしいとリターンリクエストが来たのですが、PayPalの残高が残ってなくて、PayPalに電話をして金額をチャージしてもらおうと電話したら、PayPal上にリターンリクエストの履歴が残ってないと言われて、キャンセルされたのですが、履歴が残ってないのはどうしてなんでしょうか。
