"No deep scratches" is written in the item description but at the first and second song of Side 2 there are a number of deep scratches that I can feel with a finger. The second song gives off clicks at the place where there are scratches. Both last as much as 1 minute. Every week the clicking sound continues and is quite noticeable. I made a bid with the acceptance that there will be some background noise but there was no mention of these clicking sounds so I am disappointed.
You don't accept returns and I also don't want to return the item when I will have to shoulder the shipping fee. So can't you issue a partial refund instead? The amount I want is 20 dollars. Please consider it then give me a reply.
