エラーだと思いもう一度申し込みました。
結果、２回申し込んでしまったようです。

I have been asking several times, but since I have not received any reply I am sending here.
Before I applied on-line course, however I did not receive any e-mail of acceptance and I supposed an error happened, so I applied once more.
As a result it seems I applied two times.
I am sorry to bother you, however I would like to ask yo to refund the fee for one time.

It's to have inquired no degree but because the reply doesn't come, I send to this.
In the past, when course of the online is applied, because the mail of receipt did not reach, that it was error, you thought and applied once more. The result, 2 times it seems that's applied. It's the number of hands, but I request the repayment of 1 batches.
