Japan Post has been requesting G post for its clear response to the investigation repeatedly, however it has not responded.
We are very disappointed about their unreliable attitude.
Although Japan Post's insurance won't be applied without a clear investigation response from G post, we feel it is not fair to cause an inconvenience to you any more, so we will repay you the fee including shipping cost within two days.
