しかし商品に不良があったので、新しいものに交換して欲しいです。
★という商品が、ほとんど不良で販売できません。
例えば
液漏れで、キャップを覆っているビニールの中がすでに濡れていたり、
キャップがゆるくなっていたり、
スポイト部分が傾いてるものもあります。
不良品は商品Aは21本、商品Bは17本あります。
以下の商品が今回バックオーダーになっているので
それと一緒に送って頂いて構いません。
不良品のご返送はすぐに致します。

However, the products have defects so I want to exchange them for new ones.
The ★ products are almost all defective so I can't sell them.
For example,
inside of the plastic that covers the cap is already wet, or the cap is becoming weak, or the dropper is leaning to one side.
The defective products are 21As and 17 Bs.
The below products have become back orders for this time so I don't mind if you send them together with these.
I will return the defective items immediately.
