上司からは兎に角アポイントだけは確定しろと指示を受けてますので、
何とかご協力をお願い致します。
アポイントが確定できないと、出張申請を出すことができず、出張申請をしないと
チケットの発券もできない状況です。
仕様書、有難う御座います。
これを元に設計を依頼中ですので、今週中にはお見積りできると思います。
可能であれば月末の台湾出張時に訪問したいと考えております。
Could I make an appointment on December 28th for a meeting for the following matter?

I would be so thankful for your cooperation as I have been told that I have to confirm making an appointment by my boss.
I won’t be able to claim for the work trip unless the appointment being confirmed that I won’t even be able to get the tickets.
