キャンセルオーダーをし、そのあと$520でrelistするつもりが、処理を誤ってオープンケースをしてrelistしてしまったのです。
relistした商品は$520で購入され、お支払いいただきました。
なので$570のお支払いはいただけませんし、私が手動で支払済にマークすれば、$57の手数料は戻りません。オープンケース消せませんか?

I opened the case by mistake so would like to close it.
After purchased the item by 570 USD, I was asked for discount and sold it by 520 USD after all.
I had intended to cancel the order and relist it by 520 USD, but opened the case and relist it by misconducting.
The relisted item was purchased by 520 USD and I was paid.
