間違ってケースをオープンしたので、ケースをクローズしたいです。
＄570で購入いただいた後、値引きを交渉され、結局＄520でお譲りすることになりました。
キャンセルオーダーをし、そのあと＄520でrelistするつもりが、処理を誤ってオープンケースをしてrelistしてしまったのです。
relistした商品は＄520で購入され、お支払いいただきました。
なので＄570のお支払いはいただけませんし、私が手動で支払済にマークすれば、＄57の手数料は戻りません。オープンケース消せませんか？

As we have opened the case by mistake, we would like to close the case.
After its purchase of $570, we had asked reduction and in the end, we promised at $520.
After a cancelation order, we wanted to re-list $520 , but we mis proceeded and opened case and then re-listed.
The items re-listed were purchased for $520, and paid for them.
Therefore, we cannot ask for $570 payment, as well as we cannot have $57 charge returned if we manually mark as already paid. Could we delete the open-case?
