水曜日から土曜日まで会社を休みました。
金曜の夜が一番辛かったです。
昼間に寝すぎて夜寝れないのと
背中も痛くて全く眠れませんでした。
土曜の朝には少し落ち着いたので病院で薬をもらい
昼から出勤しました。
ですので先週はあまり英語の勉強が出来ませんでした。
木曜のレッスンの断りも出来ずでしたので申し訳ございませんでした。
ある程度回復しましたので
また頑張って行きたいと思います。

My condition became bad after the lesson on Tuesday last week, and I was on leave from work from Wednesday to Friday.
Friday night was the worst.
I overslept during the day and could not sleep at night. My back hurt too so I could not close my eyes.
Saturday morning I've calmed down little so I got medicine from the hospital and went to work from noon.
So I wasn't able to study English much last week.
