証明書はいつになりますか。
商品が手元に届かないので様々なことが滞っています。

御社へ返送の際、送料が日本からは高くつきます。
往復送料を負担してくださるという理解でいいですか。
着払いはFedexしか取り扱いがないので大変料金は高くつきます。
なので不良の商品代金返金でも構いません。
どちらにしても手数料や手間はかかります。
