今日は、蓋にパッキンがなかったというクレームをうけ、返品がありました。
中国の工場との連携はうまく行っていますか？私に協力できることはないでしょうか？
来年は中国にたびたび行くことになるので工場を見てくることもできると思います。
マウスパッドはそちらのデザインのものでいいですが、全部同じ柄なのでしょうか？
