FedExからあなた宛てにメールが届くのでピックアップ日時を選択してほしいです。
私の方でAWBillとコマーシャルインボイスと原産地証明書を用意してあなたにメールでお送りしますので、それらを印刷してFedExピックアップドライバーに渡してほしいです。

It will not be possible for the FedEx driver to hold on to the BOL copy.
FedEx will be sending an email to you so that you can choose the pick-up date.
On my end, I will prepare the AW bill, commercial invoice and place of origin certificate which will be sent to you via email. Please print these and pass this to the FedEx pick-up driver.
