なるべく余裕をもってのやり取りができるよう、メーカー側にも伝えて頂けると助かります。

It would be helpful if you also ask the manufacturer to do business well in advance preferably.

Basically, after BL arrival, I think I was very busy to confirm progress every day.
I would appreciate if you could inform the manufacturer that exchanging is as much as possible with margin.
