荷物不着の件
至急確認してください。
上記URLからtracking historyを見ると2月18日に配達済みとなっています。
しかし私はまだ荷物を受け取っていません。
宛先住所(既に配達された住所)は日本ではなくドイツになっています。
宛名は私で間違っていません。
教えていただいた追跡番号が間違っているのか、表示の不具合なのか調査をお願いします。
