添付ファイルを見てもらうとわかると思いますが、製品の受入から洗浄工程に入るまでの待ち時間が2～3週間掛かります。また、新規の洗浄になると技術検討して、工程書の作成から入るので、その待ち時間に＋1～2週間掛かるイメージです。
ですので、製品の受入から2週間後に今回のような問題が発覚することは、大変申し訳ないのですが、現状起こりうるのが実情です。
