④1/26から10日間経過しても商品が届かないので、注文履歴を確認したところ、何の記載も無い事に気づきました。

⑤ﾃｸﾆｶﾙｻﾎﾟｰﾄに、注文はｷｬﾝｾﾙされたのでしょうか？もう一度注文しますが、重複注文になりませんか？

4) It has already been 10 days since January 26 and I haven’t received anything that I checked the order history and found out there was nothing listed in my history.

5) Again I contacted the technical support to ask if my order has been cancelled, if so, I will order them one more time but wouldn’t it be considered as multiple orders? I asked them all that however, I couldn’t get any specific answer.
