アマゾンのレビューで星1をつけられ、写真を掲載されました。
スクリーンショットと写真をお送りします。
お客様いわく「2ヶ月ちょっとで製品から液漏れして使えなくなった。」だそうです。
現在、お客様に代替えの商品をお送りするということで交渉中です。
なんとか評価は取り下げてくれ、現在★3にしてもらっています。
以上、ご報告でした。
しかしながら製品自体は好評です。私も不具合のない製品を売りたいです。
