なぜ連続するのか分かりませんが、また不具合の報告がありました。
今度は充電式の製品についてです。
アマゾンのレビューで星１をつけられ、写真を掲載されました。
スクリーンショットと写真をお送りします。
お客様いわく「２ヶ月ちょっとで製品から液漏れして使えなくなった。」だそうです。

現在、お客様に代替えの商品をお送りするということで交渉中です。
なんとか評価は取り下げてくれ、現在★３にしてもらっています。

以上、ご報告でした。
しかしながら製品自体は好評です。私も不具合のない製品を売りたいです。

I don't know this is still going on, but there are still unsatisfactory reports.
This time, it's about the rechargeable products.
The Amazon review was 1star and pictures were available to the public.
I have sent you the screenshots and the photos.
A customer's reason was ”I didn't use it because some liquid leaked out of the product after around 2 months."

Now, we are negotiating about a replacement for the customer.
In one way or another, take down that review. We now have a rating of 3 stars.

I have reported all this.
Overall, however, the product itself has good reviews. I too do not wish to sell malfunctioning items.
