なぜ連続するのか分かりませんが、また不具合の報告がありました。
今度は充電式の製品についてです。
アマゾンのレビューで星１をつけられ、写真を掲載されました。
スクリーンショットと写真をお送りします。
お客様いわく「２ヶ月ちょっとで製品から液漏れして使えなくなった。」だそうです。

現在、お客様に代替えの商品をお送りするということで交渉中です。
なんとか評価は取り下げてくれ、現在★３にしてもらっています。

以上、ご報告でした。
しかしながら製品自体は好評です。私も不具合のない製品を売りたいです。

The customer said "After 2 months, there was leakage and could not use it."

Now, I am talking with the customer to send a replacement.
The customer with drew the review and now changed it to 3 stars.

That was what I wanted to report to you.
However, items themselves are selling well. I would like to sell no defective products.
