I received a message that the credit card company could not settle the payment by the credit card whose last 4 digits were ○○○○. I received an message that a credit card with the last four digit x x x x could not settle the payment. This is because the allowed amount for use was too low. Today I contacted the credit card company to increase the usable amount. So now it is usable. I logged in and tried to settle the payment again via a page outstanding balances. So I've contacted my credit card company so my card has enough amount to pay you. I'm able to pay to you by my card.
