前もって言っておきますが、私では修理はできません。
ですので部品を送られても私で修理することはできません。
自然故障となりますが送料は私が負担するのでしょうか？
私では修理はできないので交換してください。
修理は無償で行うと記載されているので、御社が制定した規約は守って下さい。
もし交換いただけないのであればクレーム申請をします。
