さきほど商品発送通知を送りましたが、日本郵便から「ウクライナ宛の荷物は、現在ウクライナが政情不安のため、引き受けられない」と言われました。発送不可のため、キャンセルしたいのですが、よろしいでしょうか？　米国など他の国に発送する場合も、一旦キャンセルする必要し、Paypal、ebayの発送先住所をウクライナ以外に指定した上で、購入してもらわなければ、送ることができません。お返事をお待ちしています。

I sent a delivery notice earlier but I was told by the Japan post office that "We cannot accept Ukraine-bound packages due to the current political instability. Shipping is not possible so I'd like to cancel but is that okay? It was necessary to temporarily cancel shipping to the USA and other countries and if you cannot make the purchase after setting the PayPal or ebay delivery address to other than Ukraine, it cannot be sent.
