I'm really sorry for inconvenience because the delivery of the product has taken long time.

I confirmed by the tracking number.
The product has been shipped out on November 7th from Japan.
It took time to be delivered since the customs of Spain checked it from November 11th to 25th.
Although it depends on your country's delivery condition, I suppose the product will be delivered soon.
