元々私は発送期限を長く設定しておりこの注文に関してもクリスマス以降の到着期限が示されていた
しかし顧客から注文後に「クリスマスに間に合うように発送して下さい」と言われたので「確約は出来ない」と伝えた所この注文は顧客によりキャンセルされた
その後クリスマスに間に合わないという理由でネガティブフィードバックを付けられました
以上で分かるようにこちらに非が無いのでこのフィードバックは不当です
削除してくれますか?
