通常は音に強弱を付けるものなので大きくなります。
動作問題なしとのことで購入しました。
当然納得はできません。
また修理をしなければなりません。

The item arrived the other day, and I checked how it sounds.
It makes noise from the right ch all the time.
It was the same with using headphones.
It doesn't matter with the volume.
And when I turn the nozzle of the EXPANDER, the volume goes down.
It should be louder.
I bought it because It was described with no functional problems.
Of course I have to say something.
It has to be repaired.
I would like part refund.
I am not saying the full refund.
