double letters に関してはスイッチ内部の接触不良やキー根元の破損、またadjoining letters being enteredに関しては入力の際に指が触れてしまっている、又は液体の浸水や導電性の異物の混入などが考えられるそうです
輸送時の衝撃などによりお届けした商品が故障している事が考えられますのでお手数をお掛けしますが返品をして下さい

Regarding double letters, they apparently think that there is poor contact inside the switch and damage to the base of the keys. In addition, in relation to adjoining letters being entered, your finger is touching it when you input data, and also it's submerged in liquid and there are foreign bodies mixed in with the conductivity.
I realize it's a nuisance but, as it's thought that there was damage to the returned item due to impact during transportation, could you please return the item.
