お待たせしました。メーカーに問い合わせていた為回答に時間が掛かりすいませんでした
NKROは今回の不具合には関連しない様です
double letters に関してはスイッチ内部の接触不良やキー根元の破損、またadjoining letters being enteredに関しては入力の際に指が触れてしまっている、又は液体の浸水や導電性の異物の混入などが考えられるそうです
輸送時の衝撃などによりお届けした商品が故障している事が考えられますのでお手数をお掛けしますが返品をして下さい

It does not seem that NKRO has to do with the defect this time.
Regarding the double letters. they said that the contact failure inside of the switch or the breakage of the root of the key is the root cause. Also regarding adjoining letters being entered, it could be due to that finger might touch when you enter letters, that some liquid has penetrated or that some foreign conductive material is mixed.
As the item might have been out of order due to the shock during the delivery, I am sorry for bothering you, but can you please return the item back to me?
