発送手続容易な追跡番号無しの航空便で送った為、輸送途中に紛失もしくは滞留してしまっている可能性があり、所在確認には相当な時間と手間がかかります。お待たせした上に商品と輸送費用を負担頂くのは非常に申し訳ないので当方が負担し、今度は追跡番号付の航空便(通常日本から10日程で着きます)で商品を発送させて頂きたいのですが、念のため住所氏名を教えてもらえますか?またAについて私はBが正しいと思いますが、念のため上司のCさんの判断を仰いでからお返事します。私の一存では判断できない事です。

The item was shipped with an easy shipping method without a tracking numbe, so there is possibility that it is missing during the shipping or been kept in somewhere. It takes time to find out where it is.
I apologize for the delay and i can't make you pay for the shipping again, so I will with a tracking number this time.(Usually takes 10 days to deliver )
Could you tell me your address and name again just in case?
And regarding to A, I think N is right but I can't judge it by myself so I will ask my boss C to judge it as well and get back to you then.

As the package was shipped by air without a tracking number which didn't take a lot of process, there is a possibility that it is lost or held at somewhere on the way and it will take quite some time and effort to locate it. I feel terrible to keep you waiting and covering the expense of the merchandise and shipping, so I would like to cover the expenses and reship the merchandise by air with a tracking number (normally it takes about ten days from Japan). May I have your ship-to address and your name just in case? Also regarding A, I think B is correct, but just in case I will confirm C, the superior for his judgment and get back to you. This is a matter that cannot be solely judged by myself.
