返品していただければ、こちらで工場に交渉して、不良品ではない製品と交換できるかもしれません。工場が交換を受け入れなかった場合は、こちらで新たに新品を購入してお届けいたします。
不良品に気がつかずに発送してしまい、申し訳ありません。送料や関税については、明日ご連絡いたしますので、お待ちください。
I had a look at the picture, but I think there was a problem at the time it was sent from the factory.
I know it's a real nuisance, but I'd like you to return the item.
If you can return it, we can discuss it with the factory here, and maybe replace it with one that isn't defective. If the factory won't accept an exchange, we will purchase a new item from here and forward it to you.
