提示された金額をPaypalで支払おうとしたのですが、支払いが弾かれてしまいました。
Paypalカスタマーサービスへ問い合わせた所、一時的なセキリュティチェックに当たっていて、支払いが出来なくなっているとのことです。
解決策として2−3日待って再度支払いを試せばセキュリティチェックに当たらずに済むだろうとの事ですので、代金の支払いが少し遅れます。

When I enquired with Paypal, they did a temporary security check, but weren't able to make the payment.
As a solution, if I wait for 2-3 days then try to make the payment again, I should be able to complete it without a security check, so the bill payment will be a little late.
