多少の色の変更ならまだしも、カタログの色と著しく異なります。
ベージュから黒への変更は印象が変わりすぎます。
すでにお客様からは代金を頂いてますが、これではお客様に販売できません。
返金もしくは値引きをしてください。

There was no description about new item, and photo on catalog hasn't been changed, either.
Rather than little change in color, it is actually very different from color on the catalog.
