現状のままだと、B社帳合となり広告予算が十分に得られない可能性がありますが、C社と期日までに直接取引の合意ができれば、A社とのビジネスが大きく変わる見込です。
Currently, we buy A's items from a distributor called B, but we are negotiating with official distributor in Japan called C for direct business. At current rate, B is the continuous wholesaler and we may not be able to get enough advertising budget, but if we can agree to direct business with C by deadline, business with A will be greatly change.
