You are buying a brand new 16" Girls' Barbie Bike part # 8583-26E. With any bike we sell customers need to understand that bikes can have a scratch on them somewhere. Most times there is never a scratch but during shipping there are parts in the box that could scratch the bike. We have only had one issue in 4 years but we want to let our customers know that this could happen. We will not accept back a bike with a scratch. If the bike was damaged to the point of not using it then you would receive a new bike or a refund.
