前回もお伝えしていた通り、3/4gサイズの商品の色が悪く、4/5gサイズ の色と全く違う色合いになってしまっているためクレーム多発しています。
販売していた 3/4gサイズの商品の大半が返品となり戻ってきており、残りの販売商品も会社の信頼を損なう恐れがあるため商品を自主回収を行いました。これにより多額の損害が出てしまっています。
このままでは私たちも安心して商品を販売する事ができないので、商品の製造工程や添加物の使用量など、再度打ち合わせする必要があると考えています。
As we mentioned the last time, we've received multiple claims due to the 3/4g-sized product having an awful color, and 4/5g-sized products not matching the color at all.
Most of the 3/4g-sized products have been returned, and we've decided not to sell the rest for fear of customers losing trust in our company. This caused us to lost even more money.
As we cannot be sure about the products we sell anymore, we believe we need to hold another meeting on the manufacturing process and the amount of additives used.
