I bought 10 of this item and received them. But what I got was not brand new and they were all used items. It is very different from what the description says. I will return the items so I would like to get refund. I contacted the seller but I haven't heard anything yet. I would like to know how I deal with it.

I bought 10 pieces of this item and received them. However, the items I received were not brand new, but all were used. The condition is different from description.
