私はこの商品を10個購入し、商品を受け取りました。しかし届いた商品は新品ではなく、全て使用済みの中古品が届きました。コンディション説明とは異なります。商品を返品しますので、商品の返金をしていただきたいです。出品者に連絡をしましたが返事がありません。どのように対応すればよいのか教えていただけますでしょうか。ご連絡お待ちしています。

I bought 10 of this item and received them. But what I got was not brand new and they were all used items. It is very different from what the description says. I will return the items so I would like to get refund. I contacted the seller but I haven't heard anything yet. I would like to know how I deal with it.
