私はこの商品を10個購入し、商品を受け取りました。しかし届いた商品は新品ではなく、全て使用済みの中古品が届きました。コンディション説明とは異なります。商品を返品しますので、商品の返金をしていただきたいです。出品者に連絡をしましたが返事がありません。どのように対応すればよいのか教えていただけますでしょうか。ご連絡お待ちしています。

I bought 10 pieces of this item and received them. However, the items I received were not brand new, but all were used. The condition is different from description. I'm returning them so please make full refund. I contacted the seller but received no reply. Please advise what I should do. Thank you in advance for your kind reply.
