フィードバック1が付いていたので、バイヤーに確認したところ、違う商品が届いていたので
バイヤーがアマゾンに相談したところ、違うセラーから購入するようアドバイスを受けたとの事。
もし我々が違う商品が届いていた事を知っていたら、早急に再送するなど適切な対応する自信ありました。なぜアマゾンは我々に連絡せずにバイヤーと問題の解決を図ろうとしたのか教えてください。
我々はこれにより間違えた商品を送っただけのセラーとなってしまっています。
