また、一ヶ月以上のご宿泊の場合は、25%割引とさせていただきます。

Accommodation fee varies according to date, so there is no monthly fee.
Roughly during high season (May to July, December), monthly fee is about 150,000 JPY and 120,000 JPY for the rest of period. Also, if you are staying over one month, 25% discount applies.

The rough estimate for expensive seasons (May~July and December) is approximately 150,000 yen a month, and other seasons will be about 120,000 yen a month.
