第１条（目 的）
Ａは社に対して、Ａの製品（以下、「本製品」という。）を売渡し、Bはこれを第三者に販売する目的で甲から買受ける。
第２条（販売数量）
Bが販売する製品の数量は、取決めない事とするが、1度回の購入はUS$500以上とする。
第３条（販売価格）
AはBに対し、Bが第三者に本製品を販売するときの価額を指定することができるものとする。BはAの指定した販売価額に達しない価額をもって、本製品を販売することができない。
