As for the delivery, EMS does not seem able to be used for the delivery to French Polynesia.
I use the airmail called e-packet, but please note that it may take around two weeks before arrival. The chase of the item is possible in the following Japan Post site. Thank you very much for your help.

Regarding the shipping, it looks like EMS is not available to French Polynesia.
We will use e-packet, a shipping service by air, but it could take about 2 weeks for delivery.
