Regarding the battery, it is relatively in good condition, not overused. I think it is rechargeable enough to use.
The NIKON service center said there was no way to verify if it can be fully charged. There is no measuring method except for that you actually use it and see it.
So, I want you to use it and if you are not happy with it, please feel free to return it to us.
