バッテリーのほうは酷使されたものではなく比較的状態の良いものですので
使用するには十分な充電が可能だとは思いますが
ＮＩＫＯＮサービスセンターにもフルで充電できているかどうか確認する手段はないとのことで
実際に使用してみて確認する以外に計測方法はないとのことでした
なので、一度使っていただいて、ご満足いただけないようであれば遠慮なく返品していただいて構いません

Regarding the battery, it is relatively in good condition, not overused. I think it is rechargeable enough to use.
The NIKON service center said there was no way to verify if it can be fully charged. There is no measuring method except for that you actually use it and see it.
So, I want you to use it and if you are not happy with it, please feel free to return it to us.
