今回到着分00の内２３着が不良でした（汚れが付いています）
交換分９着も３着不良です。
非常に残念ですが、この状況では日本で販売する事が出来ません。
社内会議で製造総代理を任せて貰えればという案も出ましたが
いずれにせよデザインは素晴らしいだけに、私達も困惑しています。
不良品は返品したいと思いますが、全品返品可能ですか。
もし改善の余地や時間の問題がある
ようでしたら、一旦取引保留も考えなくてはなりません。
ご説明頂きたいのでお願いします。

9 pieces from the last time has been returned by post one week ago.
This time 23 pieces of 00 arrived had failures (stained).
3 pieces of 9 replacement also have failures.
Unfortunately at this rate we cannot sell them in Japan.
We have discussed about being a sole manufacturing agent in internal meeting, but either way the designs are wonderful so we are confused.
We'd like to return items with failures, is it possible to return all?
If you can improve or have problem with time, we must think about suspending business for a while.
