Before, when the ink was sent by air and packed together, cracks occurred on the cartridges within the box and the fountain pens were broken, probably due to the change in atmospheric pressure. Since then, we had been sending them separately. We should have explained properly that the cartridges will not be together. The cartridges have been sent just before! We apologize for taking some time, but please wait for awhile.
